This hotel was incredible after 10 days of sharing accommodations on a group trip. The bathroom was a dream. The TWO above shower heads brought me back to life. The king size bed was so comfortable for a great nights sleep. The absolute best part was the wonderful concierge Gisuppe who let me check in at 10:30am. I would have happily stayed at this hotel for over a week if I could have. Note I traveled alone and felt very safe walking around this hotel and staying here.

Location of property is outstanding. Steps from main Capri town! Restaurants were good and had a great vibe. Furnishings are modern w vibe of place being Mediterranean contemporary. Nice pool w Ocean view elevated deck! Breakfast included is outstanding! Room was small but bathroom was nicely updated.

We had an exceptional experience at La Residenza Capri Hotel. The hospitality service was top-notch, making us feel truly welcomed. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and convenience. The breakfast was delicious and a delightful start to each day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Mr. Giuseppe, the concierge, went above and beyond with extraordinary support and guidance that exceeded our expectations. We also want to acknowledge the outstanding support from Mr. Egnasio, Mr. Fabio, and Mr. Raj (from the breakfast team) during our stay. Their dedication and warmth made our visit truly memorable. This hotel is really wonderful, recently renovated, in the center of Capri, though located in such a way that you dont hear the busy center, so vey quite. You get the luxury and services of 5 stars. Delicious breakfast with anything you want. Capri is a place to came back and I would only come back in this hotel. Staff is on your service, thank you Giuseppe on the Reception for all the help and being so professional. Rooms and hotel in general are decorated with much taste and everything is new. All points of interest are really easy accesible, the see, the centre, the restaurants, shops and other touristic attractions. Was in short the best hotel I've even stayed in.

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice in two consecutive years because we just loved it so much. Our room was stunning and had all the amenities you could wish for. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of Capri, perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff deserve special praise. They are always understanding, helpful and incredibly friendly. A big thank you goes especially to Fabio and Giuseppe for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back anytime and are already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic hotel.

The property has a great location and outstanding view of the Faraglioni Rocks. With a great atmosphere and unique personal service. at the front desk Night Shift MR Giuseppe is an asset to the property. he goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. When you visit La Residenza in Capri, ask for Giuseppe, he makes your stay unique and special. thank you very much!! This hotel has been refurbished recently and the rooms are spectacular with a huge bathroom. highly recommended

My wife and I stayed while on our honeymoon and I originally booked because, while certainly not a value option, it seemed like a good value relative to other options nearby. I couldn’t have been more right: this place is honestly just a couple of amenities shy of a 5 star luxury hotel and we heard they are building a restaurant next door—that will probably get them the 5th star. The suite and the property were pristine and luxurious and the staff was kind and accommodating. Our amazing view of the sea, the faraglioni rocks, and the monastery ruins were absolutely surreal and dreamy, and made for the perfect setting for a romantic weekend on the island. (Also - they will do in-room spa services upon request)

Amazing location. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, upon checking in I did ask if there was an opportunity for a room upgrade and I believe they granted me that. They didn’t say I was upgraded but the room was incredible!

The staff is amazing ! They are dedicated, kind and warm people. They have the best handmade 'biscotti' and they will offer you small attentions all day. Regarding the hotel, the location was absolutely perfect, I could do everything walking. The room was clean, confortable and tidy with a beautiful view on the see. I will definitely go back !

I would like to write for this hotel very kind and very welcoming , the hotel location is perfect near to everything in downtown . We had a very nice balcony view . A BIG and THANKS TO GUISEPPE . Very kind and helpful, he arranged all our reservations, he accepted all the emails with understanding and fast response. Thank for the great experience.
