La Residenza Capri

This hotel was incredible after 10 days of sharing accommodations on a group trip. The bathroom was a dream. The TWO above shower heads brought me back to life. The king size bed was so comfortable for a great nights sleep. The absolute best part was the wonderful concierge Gisuppe who let me check in at 10:30am. I would have happily stayed at this hotel for over a week if I could have. Note I traveled alone and felt very safe walking around this hotel and staying here.

La Residenza is pure Capri magic! The location is unbeatable – right in the center but still peaceful. Fabio, Fabrizio, Ignacio and Giuseppe at the front desk were incredibly helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Vincenzo, the food manager, made breakfast and dining a wonderful experience, and Mary, the cleaning lady, kept our room immaculate and welcoming every day. The room was stylish, comfortable, and had a stunning view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh, local options, and the pool area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the island. We felt truly cared for and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

This hotel is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality. They took our luggage to the funicular and they even remembered our names. The room was very clean, so spacious and modern - the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy. It’s newly renovated and feels like you’re at a resort. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. We had the garden view room and it was a lovely view of the courtyard. The restaurant at the hotel has the best Napoletana pizza ever. I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Capri.

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice in two consecutive years because we just loved it so much. Our room was stunning and had all the amenities you could wish for. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of Capri, perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff deserve special praise. They are always understanding, helpful and incredibly friendly. A big thank you goes especially to Fabio and Giuseppe for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
